What we collect

• Account details: your name, company name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Your work: projects, snapshots, finishes, imported models and designer settings you save.
• Billing: your subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
• Security records: when and from which IP address and browser you signed in.

Why we use it

• To provide the service you subscribe to (contract).
• To take payment and keep accounting records (contract and legal obligation).
• To keep accounts secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
• To email you about your account, such as password resets and billing (contract).

We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Netlify — runs the website.
• Supabase — stores account and project data, in London (UK).
• Stripe — payments and invoices.
• Resend — sends account emails.

Some of these providers are based in the United States; where data leaves the UK, it's protected by the UK's approved safeguards.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account, when your projects and details are deleted. Billing records are kept for six years for tax purposes.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. The designer stores your working state in your browser. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by contacting us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
