Terms of service
Last updated 13 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Cabbly, cabinet design software provided by DTJ Interiors Limited (“we”), a company registered in England and Wales, number 15242186, registered office The Mills, Canal Street, Derby, Derbyshire, DE1 2RJ. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
- Each subscription is for one person's login. Keep your password private; you're responsible for use of your account.
- Cabbly is for businesses designing and making furniture. You must be 18 or over.
Free trial, payment and cancelling
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no card needed. During the trial you can design; cutting lists, drilling and CNC files need a subscription.
- Cabbly costs £50 a month plus VAT, paid monthly in advance by card through our payment provider, Stripe. If you subscribe during the trial, the first payment is taken when the trial ends.
- Launch offer: if you subscribe while the offer is shown on our website, you pay £15 a month plus VAT instead, for as long as that subscription continues without a break. If you cancel and later subscribe again, the price at that time applies.
- You can cancel at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for; we don't refund part-months.
- We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next payment after that. This doesn't affect a launch-offer price while your subscription continues.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
Your designs and data
- Your projects, drawings and settings belong to you. We store them only to provide the service.
- If you delete your account, we delete your data. Save anything you need from the designer first.
- The Cabbly software, its construction rules and its outputs' formats remain ours. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer them.
Checking before you cut
Cabbly produces cutting lists, drilling and CNC files from the measurements and settings you enter. You are responsible for checking sizes, drilling, toolpaths and materials before cutting or ordering. We are not liable for wasted materials, machine time or other loss arising from errors in your inputs or in the output files.
Availability
We aim to keep Cabbly available at all times but can't promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for loss of profit or indirect loss.
Ending the service
We may suspend accounts that don't pay or that misuse the service. If we ever close Cabbly, we'll give at least 60 days' notice so you can save your work.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
